Bloom & Breathe: Spring Wellness Event

Join us for our Bloom & Breathe spring wellness event, featuring two nourishing yoga sessions (outdoors if it is nice & sunny!) , calming breathwork, and a grounding meditation. You’ll also create your own spring bouquet to take home - a little reminder of the day and the season of renewal

Come alone for some well-deserved time for yourself, or bring a friend to share the experience. However you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and uplifting space to reset, reconnect, and step into spring feeling refreshed. We can’t wait to gather with you again 🫶🏻

I can’t recommend Colette’s classes enough ! I’ve tired the sculpt, flow and beginners yoga class and have loved each lesson ! It’s suitable for all levels as Colette will add modifications if you would like a challenge 🤍 always looking forward to my next class x

I really enjoy Colette's flow classes, just the right amount of challenge for beginners to keep it interesting. Colette has a lovely teaching style and is very good at talking you through the flows.

I loved going to Colette’s Sunday evening session and can’t wait to go back. As a runner, her classes are brilliant to help ease tired muscles and stretch (something we all totally neglect but is vital!). Her classes are the perfect accompaniment for other training, and her teaching style is brilliant. Patient, helpful and so motivating 🩷
